1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. To enter, purchase a qualifying Lindt LINDOR 200g or 337g Truffle Box from a participating Sainsbury’s store (see clause 3 for list of promotional products), scan the QR code found on in-store point of sale materials and off-shelf displays or text LINDT, your date of birth in the following format DDMMYYYY and the last four digits of your product barcode to 66222. In scanning the QR code with your smartphone, the SMS app will open and will prepopulate the short code and keyword. Complete the text message by adding your date of birth in the following format DDMMYYYY and the last 4 digits of the product barcode on your pack to enter the prize draw.
3. Text entries will be charged at your standard network rate and may not be included in any inclusive text message package. Entrants are advised to take care when entering the text keyword and entry details; the Promoter is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect texts may still be charged. Only correct entries that have followed the instructions will be accepted. Capital letters or lower-case letters will both be accepted.

5. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 15th October 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 18th November 2025 for receipt of all entries. Entries received outside of this time will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
   In store only and/or selected stores only, excludes Locals.
6. Entries are restricted to one per person and mobile number, per week with a maximum of six entries per person in total for the duration of the promotion. Maximum of one prize per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
7. There are five prizes of a trip for two to Sicily to win. Each prize includes the following:
   1. Return economy flights for winner and one guest from an international airport in the UK to Catania or Palermo with hand luggage only
   2. Return transfers between airport and hotel
   3. 3-nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a twin/double room on a bed and breakfast basis
   4. Pistachio cookery class in Palermo

   Prize must be used by December 2026.

   Excludes travel over Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays. The period of Christmas will cover all dates between 22nd December 2025 and 2nd January 2026 and from 22nd December 2026 onwards and the period of Easter will exclude all dates between 3rd April 2026 to 6th April 2026.

8. Further prize details:
   1. At least one person travelling must be over the age of 18, where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
   2. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternative will be provided;
   3. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
   4. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;
   5. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
   6. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and equal monetary value may be offered at the prize provider’s discretion;
   7. Winners must contact prize provider with two preferred travel dates in two separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
   8. All requested dates and holiday preferences are subject to availability;
   9. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
   10. Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;
   11. All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
   12. If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package;
   13. Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel, the arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation or anything else that may be required is sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
9. Where it is a skills-based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is not judged, then the winners will be drawn at random during week commencing two weeks following the promotion end date under independent supervision. Where the prize is Nectar points the points will be automatically allocated to the winner within 28 days of the close of the promotion. 10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is in no way affiliated with such social media platforms.
11. Winners will be notified by either telephone or email or social media direct message so therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid contact details. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited, and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone. The prize will be delivered to the winner or arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy policy, available at their website.
13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
15. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
16. The name and county of the prize winners can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
